Condition Surveys
OUTCO condition surveys are detailed GPS-tagged photographic assessment of your facility’s exterior assets, reporting on their current condition and highlighting any hazards or health and safety risks with a RAG rating. The condition survey provides a cost-effective insight of your on-site assets, including checks on the perimeter and security, surfaces, line marking, drains and drain covers, traffic calming and site furniture. Through regular condition surveys, remote site managers and directors can easily track asset condition over time to better inform and prioritise a maintenance programme, better control your budget and helping to extend the life of your assets.
Hazard Reports
With a large workforce out on your sites every day, providing a range of services our teams are highly trained to spot and report any potential risks on site using our bespoke hazard reporting software.
