Our specialist drainage equipment ensures root intrusion and silt build up can be dealt with efficiently, blockages are broken down within the pipe and flushed through the system to the next manhole where they are removed, ensuring there is no need for expensive excavation.
High-Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ): a system utilising water pipes and a high pressure cleaning head to clean and clear drain pipes from within your drainage channel. This system is often used to remove grout build up when a blocked drain has been identified via a CCTV survey or as part of a planned maintenance agreement to clean the drain pipes throughout the year ensuring they are operational. If your site is experiencing problems with drainage, signs of which could be ponding in the car park or water build up within your drains or manholes, call the OUTCO drainage team.
No-dig drain repair: No-dig technology and pipe relining are the latest innovations in drain repairs without the need for expensive excavation, our processes ensure drainage issues can be rectified with minimal site disruption. Our comprehensive drain repair service is completed by trained professionals using the latest technology and equipment. This technique allows us to fix cracked or damaged pipes from within the pipe itself without having to use extraction. Sealed using a Cured In Place Patch (CIPP), ensures we minimise waste on site, the patch is coated in a seal and inserted within the pipe using a pipe liner. The pipe liner is installed to the damaged area and expands bonding the patch to the inside drain line, sealing the damaged pipe. OUTCO have the robotic units to cut out lateral connections once these have been lined or patched over, also these are used to remove tree roots, concrete, grout and many more materials in the host pipe. Cutting out roots and relining can be a more cost-effective option to take if excavation is not possible or needed.
